The following Citizens In Action Form may be used to document and report problems spotted within your neighborhoods or elsewhere in the City of Alpharetta. Submissions will be forwarded to the appropriate departments for action.

Please call the Police Department directly by dialing (678) 297-6300 as they must be reported while the violation is occuring.
